SAUVIGNON BLANC: 2023
Grown on the stony, free draining alluvial soils of Conders Bend, Central Wairau Valley.
Cool stainless steel fermentation. 2% wild, barrel ferment.
Sight: Light lemon and a bright clarity.
Smell: Fresh lime, kiwifruit, capsicum and herbs make way for honeydew melon and gentle guava.
Taste: Complex and approachable. A fresh, medium bodied Sauvignon Blanc packed with citrus, succulence and structure. Lingering grapefruit rounds off our expression of a Marlborough classic.
Pairing: Serve well chilled and share with friends and a picnic. Beautiful match for anything from the ocean!
Cellaring: Drink now through 2027
